CANCELLATION POLICY

OFF PEAK - 48 hours notice is required for full refund , less 10% administration fee.

If cancelling in less than 48 hours 1st nights tariff is charged

 

"NO SHOW"  - 1st night tariff charged

 
no cancellations or refunds once booking has commenced
 

PEAK PERIODS - 2 weeks notice is required for cancellations during public holidays/ weekends & special events or full amount of stay is charged.

Refund available if room is able to be resold - less 10 % admin fee of booking value.

From time to time special offers or discounted rates may be available. No cancellations or changes to those bookings are permitted & no refund will apply.
