April Apartment is a recently renovated, charming 2 bedroom Victorian cottage providing self contained accommodation in the heart of Ballarat.

April Apartment is adjacent to the Bridge Mall shopping precinct, McDonalds, and numerous restaurants and is  a short walk from the Ballarat railway station. Local public transport is also nearby. The apartment is central to all Ballarat's nearby tourist attractions.

The apartment will accommodate up to 5 guests and offers one queen bed in the main bedroom, and one queen and a single bed in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms contain 32" LCD televisions and electric blankets. Each room has it's own heating and air conditioning.

The loungeroom is tastefully decorated with leather lounge suite and a 42" LCD television.

A hostess kitchen is supplied with fridge/freezer, microwave, hotplates and all the necessary crockery.

Undercover off street parking for up to two cars or a small truck.

April Apartment has a no smoking policy and pets are not permitted.
