If cancellation within 24
hours or "no show". 1st night tariff will be charged

If cancellation within 48
hours 1st night tariff will be charged unless room(s) is
re-sold
- For Peak Periods (Long
Weekends, Public Holiday, Special Event weekends and School
holidays) and Group
Bookings – 2 weeks minimum notice is required for a Full
Refund less a 10% administration fee per booking.
- If less than 2 weeks
notice is given – Full Refund less a 10% administration fee
will be refunded if room(s) is resold. Unsold rooms will
result in the first night’s tariff being charged
