Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
• For Off Peak Periods,
more than 48 hours notice prior to arrival date - Full
Refund given less a 10% administration fee.
• If less than 48 hours
is given - Full Refund less a 10% administration fee
will be refunded if room is resold. Unsold rooms will
result in the first night’s tariff being charged.
• "No
Shows" - all
nights will be charged.
• For Peak Periods
(Long Weekends, Public
Holidays, Special Events and School holidays)– 2 weeks
minimum notice is required for a Full Refund less a 10%
administration fee per booking.
• If less than 2 weeks
notice is given – Full Refund less a 10% administration
fee will be refunded if room or rooms (where a minimum
night applies) are resold in full. No Refund given if a
“Minimum nights booking” applies and the rooms are not
resold for the same minimum period.
• For
Group Bookings – 4
weeks minimum notice is required for a Full Refund less a
10% administration fee of the total booking.
• If less than 4 weeks
notice is given – Full Refund less a 10% administration
fee will be refunded if rooms can be resold. All Unsold
rooms will be charged.

Cancelling of pre-booked nights after check-in
• No Refund given if a
“Minimum nights booking” applies. All nights will be
charged.
• No Refund given if for “Group Bookings”. All nights
will be charged.
• Full Refund less a 10% administration fee for “Off
Peak Periods” will be refunded if room(s) can be resold.
