Federation Weekend 2008—Proposed  Registration Procedures.

 

In view of the fact that people can be members of Bushwalking Victoria and not be affiliated with any club, we have decided to slightly change registration procedures.

We are asking that each person attending the weekend to fill out a separate registration form.

The way that we propose that this will work:

Later in the year we will send out hard copies of these forms to all clubs, plus they will also be able to be downloaded from this internet site.  We ask that each person attending ,  fill out an individual form. It will then be the responsibility of your designated club contact to collect these forms and forward them on to our Federation Walk Treasurer/ Administration Co-ordinator.

Obviously members of BWV not affiliated with any club will be able to download a form from this site and register independently.

On these forms there will be the provision to:

1.      Register (obviously)—cost yet to be finalised. There will be no cost for children registering.

2.      List preferences of walks (4 selections)

3.      List camping requirements (ie 1 or 2 nights—cost $8.00pp/night.)

4.      Order a meal for Saturday night ($15.00 for a gourmet BBQ)

5.      Order a souvenir polo shirt with Federation 2008 logo. (Cost still to be finalised)

We then ask that the forms and money be forwarded on as requested to our club Treasurer (Name and address will be on form)
