Deposit of 50% is required to secure the
booking. Payment of deposit constitutes the
guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and
Conditions of your stay with Camden Apartments
Cancellation if caused by the guest is received
More than 14 days of stay a refund of deposit
will be given (less $10 booking fee).
Less than 14 days of stay no refund of deposit
will be given unless the apartment is re-let for
the entire period (less $10 booking fee).
On the day of arrival or a "No Show" occurs the
full tariff will be charged.
If unforeseen circumstances require owners to
cancel the booking then a full refund will be
provided.
We appreciate most will respect our property but
the occasional abuse requires that we state the
following;

Number of Guests should not exceed the number
stated on the Confirmation Notice or
subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees
will apply for excess guests not agreed with the
owners in advance.

Where a couple is requiring the use of two
bedrooms a fee will apply.
·
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited
and may result in termination of rental.
·
Disturbance to our neighbours, including
excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in
termination of rental.
·
The property should be left in a similar state
to its condition on arrival. We reserve the
right to charge additional fees for excessive
cleaning, missing property and intentional or
unwarranted damage.
·
Loss and/or Theft - the owners take no
responsibility for the tenant’s personal
property.
·
Pets are not allowed (accredited guide dogs are
accepted).
·
No smoking indoors
