Meeting Facilities at Camillus Centre

Adjacent to the 'Camillus' Residences is the Camillus School Complex consisting of two lecture rooms for 30-35 persons, fully equipped kitchen and recreation facilities.

Accommodation Facilities at Camillus Centre

Available for up to 70 persons at 'Camillus' Residences, during semester breaks.

Camillus Centre consists of 15 separate modern units for 5-7 persons. Each unit has a communal living area and individual bedrooms. The kitchen and laundry in each unit are fully equipped and washing machines, dryers and refrigerators are provided. Each unit has its own bathroom, shower and toilet facilities. Bed linen and towels will be provided on request, together with provisions for a continental breakfast.

Camillus Centre has its own flood lit tennis court and is situated within walking distance of the following recreational facilities:

• Grass tennis courts and Ballarat Golf Club in Sturt Street
• A heated swimming pool in Gillies Street
• Victoria Park opposite Camillus Centre with walking and jogging tracks
• Within walking distance to Lake Wendouree and the magnificent Ballarat Botanical Gardens.

Location

Camillus Centre is situated in seven acres of grounds some three kilometres from  Aquinas Campus and four kilometres from the Central Business District.

Aquinas Campus is located within the Central Business District.

Transport

Camillus Centre has an enclosed car park catering for 30-40 cars. Transport to Aquinas Campus or the Central Business District is available from a regular city bus service, which departs 300 metres from Camillus Centre. A taxi service is also readily available.

Bookings

Camillus Centre and Aquinas Campus facilities are available for conferences and other group and family bookings during semester breaks and the Christmas/New Year period.
