Dino's on Sturt is a family affair with the whole family working in the
restaurant. Owners Lorraine and Dino Cudia have extensive experience in
the local hospitality industry having owned restaurants in Ballarat since
the 1970's opening La Terrazza - one of the first pizza and pasta
restaurants in Ballarat, Dino's Bistro (now Assuntas), Eureka Pasta and
Pizza and branching out into nightclubs Hot Gossip and Dawsons. |
