Appetiser Dukkah – a traditional Egyptian nut and spice blend accompanied by caramelised Aged Balsamic Vinegar in premium olive oil and Turkish bread.

 

Entrιe Soup de jour – your waiter will advise.
Chicken Lyonnaise – pan fried chicken dusted with thyme and served with a rich traditional garlic, tomato and white wine sauce.
Smoked Trout Pate – locally produced Tuki trout pate served with salad greens and toast rounds.

 

Main Traditional Steak and Guinness Pie – tender rump steak slow baked with Guinness Stoat, Worcestershire and cranberry sauces and prunes, in an individual pie topped with a flaky puff pastry.
Pork Cutlets with Red Onion Marmalade – choice pork cutlets oven baked and accompanied by red onion marmalade and a savoury plum sauce.
Salmon and Noodle – an oven baked fillet of Atlantic salmon, basted with sweet soy sauce and resting on stir-fried wheat noodle with ginger.

 

Dessert Lemon Tart – a delicious slice of lemon and cream tart baked in a home made sweet short crust pastry.
Sticky Date Padding – u homemade date pudding served with a rich toffee sauce.
