Cancellation Policy:

Off Peak: First nights accommodation must be paid for if cancellation is not made 48 Hours prior to arrival.

Off Peak: Deposits will only be refunded if cancellation is made 48Hour prior to arrival.
Peak: First nights accommodation must be paid for if cancellation is not made 30 days before scheduled arrival.

Peak: Deposit will only be refunded if you notify of cancellation 30 days before scheduled arrival date, if you provide less than 30 days notice, deposit will only be refunded if room is resold.

In the case of minimum stays no early checkouts will be refunded.

Failure to notify of cancellation:

If you do not notify the Owner of your cancellation, or if you arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by the owner with out refund.

Rewards and Points Cards: In the case of accommodation with discounted tariff, extra reward cards EG:-flybuys/Bestwestern Reward will not be accepted.
