Pasta
L'espresso uses a selection of the best available dried pasta in the world. The famous Martelli pasta from Lari near Pisa is made by hand and air dried. Fettuccine and rigatoni is from Zaccagni and rustichella is Abruzzo.

Using traditional Italian methods, our ice cream is made on the premises, using fresh fruit and all natural ingredients.

L'espresso, since its beginnings has had a reputation for great coffee and has been referred to in the Age - cheap eats guide as the "Pelligrinis of Ballarat", which we are proud of.
