Our newest cottage is located in the famous Ballarat East area, on the confluence of the Black Hill and Eureka gold leads.

Carrigg house was originally made up of three different buildings moved to the location at separate times, however with the ravages of time was no longer able to hold its head up high. The cottage has been rebuilt to become self contained accommodation at its best, boasting three bedrooms, a magnificent living/dining area with views from the rear deck across Ballarat East towards Sovereign Hill and the famous site of the Eureka Rebellion.

The self contained cottage offers large spa, 3 bedrooms, lounge and library area, bar, cable TV, purpose built kitchen and laundry, undercover off-street parking.

Peel Cottage is an original miners cottage built in the 1860’s, you will find with modern amenities and restoration this self contained cottage is now more comfortable than the first owner could have imagined.

Whether you are holidaying in Ballarat or here for business Peel Cottage offers comfortable surroundings, making your stay a pleasant experience and providing you with a home away from home.

Your day begins with a welcoming basket breakfast………there is a lovely garden in the courtyard, where you can relax and enjoy your stay.

The cottage is completely self contained with double and twin bedrooms, cable TV, full kitchen, and laundry and is conveniently located in the centre of Ballarat.
