Conditions

• Direct credit, cheque or money order deposit is required within five working days following your booking.

• Upon arrival payment is by cheque or cash.

• $100.00 per couple per night cancellation fee applies for less that two weeks notice

• Check-in time: 3pm onwards. 

• Check-out time: noon.

• Early check in / Late check-out fees are negotiable

• Tariffs may vary due to circumstances

• Breakages must be advised and paid for

• Children must be supervised at all times due to five dams located within the property

• Cottages are smoke free zones.

Cancellation Policy

• Over 21 days prior to arrival - full deposit refunded

• 21 - 7 days prior to arrival - deposit retained

• Less than 7 days prior to arrival (including 'no show') - full payment required
