Cancellation Policy

      Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

• For Off Peak periods, more than 48 hours notice prior to arrival date - Full Refund given.
   

• If less than 48 hours is given - Full Refund less a 5% administration fee will be refunded if room is resold. Unsold rooms will result in the first night’s tariff being charged.
   

• "No Shows" - First night’s tariff will be charged.
   

• For Peak Periods (Long Weekends, Public Holiday, Special Event weekends and School holidays) and Group
  Bookings – 2 weeks minimum notice is required for a Full Refund less a 5% administration fee per booking.
   

• If less than 2 weeks notice is given – Full Refund less a 5% administration fee will be refunded if room is resold. Unsold rooms will result in the first night’s tariff being charged.
