The Phoenix Brewery is proud to offer our award winning services for your next private function. The combination of our popular tapas menu and a la carte dining provide a great way to enjoy an evening with good friends and great food in an intimate private space.
There is space suitable for a DJ, juke box or a
compact 3 piece band. Alternatively, load all your favourites onto an Ipod
and just plug in, with surround sound speakers it’s the best way to have
non stop music of your choice. You are welcome to decorate the room for special occasions. We recommend contacting Mari at Smart Artz who specialises in balloons www.smartartzcreations.com.au Groups of up to 50 can be seated in the main restaurant by special arrangement. Tapas Menu.... Tapas Menu For Stand up Functions
For your convenience we have created a number of delicious set menus that cater for all tastes and budgets. We have a number of mouth-watering vegetarian options utilizing fresh and seasonal produce and are happy to offer this as an option in addition to your menu selection for specified numbers. Each Menu will list a tapas entrée, main course and dessert. For 2 course meals you can choose to have entrée or dessert with the main course. For added flexibility we are pleased to offer each menu in either a 50/50 split delivery or ordered choice. 50/50 means from the 2 main course choices you make, they will be equally divided and placed alternatively between your guests. Ordered Choice means from the 2 main course choices you make, your guests will be able to choose the main course they would prefer.

The
private function room and cellar bar provides a dining space ideal for
groups of 15-35 and offer menus to suit all tastes and budgets. In a
cocktail format the transformed space offers a great place to gather up to
80 friends to enjoy a special occasion.
For dinner functions of 20 or more there is no room charge. For groups
of less than 20 there is a $100 room charge.
