Ross Creek Nursery - In Detail
The nursery was established 18 years ago and has produced
thousands of camellia plants of many varieties.
Having taken over the nursery in 2001 we have introduced
many more species for the home garden and for the farm.
We are happy to
share our enthusiasm for Australian native and exotic plants to suit the
needs of your particular environment.

Australian native plants are a wonderful part of any garden
providing nectar and shelter for the birds and garden creatures.
They provide colour at all times of the year and in conditions of
low nutrition and low water availability. The cultivars now
available will show their beauty in a more obvious way and often
flower in the winter and for long periods.
Acacia, Banksia, Callistemon, Eucalypt, Grevillea, Melaleuca, Hakea
and many other varieties in stock.
From $0.75 a tube. 15cm pots from $3.30 |

Over 80 varieties of camellias. The wonderful range of camellias
consists of sasanqua, japonica and hybrid species that are suitable
for sheltered or shady areas that need brightening with gorgeous
blooms in winter and glossy green cover all the year round.
$6.60 for 15cm pots to Standards and advanced plants. |

Climbers available may be native or exotic, evergreen or
deciduous, vigorous or delicate.

We have a range of grasses and flaxes that provide a
beautiful tufty contrast to larger shrubs and trees.
Our groundcovers are often native species that protect and
beautify areas between shrubs or other features, but we also have garden
favourites from all over the world.
Each season shows special qualities in our ornamental trees
and shrubs, See spring blossom and fresh pale leaves on exotic trees. Then
the full summer greenery provides shade. The autumn creates gold and
scarlet leaves and fruit from our selection of orchard stock. The winter
allows the bark and delicate shapes of branches stand out above the lush
foliage of smaller plants.
Ash, Birch, Cherry, Conifers, Maples, Magnolia, Olive, Pear - Standards
and weeping, Bare-rooted and potted.
Many
varieties of fruit trees - Apple, Cherry, Plum, Mulberry, Pear, Berries,
Ballerinapple, Peach etc
