Shady Acres Accommodation / Caravan Park is located on the
Melbourne side of Ballarat and is only 4 minutes from the city.

The park is situated inside a natural bush setting. It contains birdlife and is frequented by various wildlife, including the occasional koala.
The park is close to all Ballarat's major tourist attractions including Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wildlife and Reptile Park, Kryal Castle and the Eureka Stockade.

Cabin Features:

The park houses spacious cedar cabins, including two with disabled facilities.

The cabins are well equipped with full ensuite, colour TV, microwave, gas oven, refrigerator, all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and heaters.

The park also contains a bunk house, which is ideal for group accommodation. Bunk house accommodates up to 18 (bedding and towels required) 4 bedrooms, large lounge, 2 showers, 3 toilets, full cooking facilities, m'wave, fridge, TV, heating, a/c, table tennis table
