Ballarat City Apartments (Pty Ltd)

Charges must be paid by cash or credit card before occupancy commences
unless special prior arrangements have been made.

Minimum credit card deposit of 50% is required to secure reservation.
Single room night stays require FULL credit card payment at time of
booking.

Occupancy starts and ends on the dates shown on the confirmation document.

The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest
together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss
to the apartment/s and/or studio/s.

The apartment/s and/or studio/s must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
-
Guests must only park cars in the designated areas.
-
Only the number of people shown on the confirmation document may stay in
the apartment/s and/or studio/s overnight.

Animals or pets are not to be brought onto the premises.
-
The Manager is not liable for any damage or loss of the property that a
Guest may sustain while on the complex.

After receiving a warning or the occupancy ends or is terminated, any
Guest who fails to comply must vacate the apartment/s and/or studio/s.
The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the
eviction of any Guests and removal of Guests property.

No refund will be given for any early departure.

The Managers description of the premises is made in good faith and no
responsibility for misdescription can be accepted.

The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss,
damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this
document or otherwise.

The entire property is STRICTLY NO SMOKING INDOORS. Candles, incense
& oil burners are prohibited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit is non-refundable. Minimum 14 days notice required for
cancellation. Less than 14 days, including "no show" & mid stay
departure will incur Full payment.
